SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Shipping prices are charged according to the bulk, distance, speed and weight of the order. In cases of bulky purchases or large quantities, shipping prices may be calculated outside of this website and you may be contacted for additional monies needed in order to ship your items. We reserve the right to ship your package via a different shipping company other than the company selected during checkout.

We ship all over the world. There are three shipping methods available for Domestic and International orders, United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. All hair extension orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. "In Stock" or "Ready to Ship" items will generally arrive within 1 to 5 days after your order is placed (contingent upon your shipping method selected). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping information, including the tracking number.

If you would like to estimate the cost of shipping, first place the item(s) you wish to order in your shopping bag. When viewing your shopping bag please click on "Estimate Shipping". This is the best way to estimate the price of your shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
International transit times vary, depending on the destination country. Please also note that international shipments are often delayed by customs inspections.

For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties.
Lace Locs is unable to determine fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for great detail and/or more information.

We ship to many countries, U.S. territories, and military addresses. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders shipped via UPS will be automatically insured. Orders shipped via USPS will be insured only at the customer's paid request (customer pays for insurance). Electing insurance for orders shipped via USPS is optional and not mandatory. However, Lace Locs is not responsible for orders not delivered, lost and/or stolen when the shipping method USPS is selected. Additionally, orders undelivered, lost and/or stolen via the USPS shipping method will not be replaced at the expense of Lace Locs We may request signature upon delivery without notice for any order placed on this website or at a Lace Locs Hair Studio.

Lace Locs is not responsible for weather delays. No credit will be given for package delays due to adverse weather conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY
While we allow you the option to select your carrier we reserve the right to use another carrier with comparable, trackable service for your shipment (example, we may choose to substitute USPS for UPS to some areas and we may use Fed Ex for international shipments).

Packages unable to be delivered because of customer errors in addressing, no response from a recipient after multiple delivery attempts or refused by the recipient will be returned to Lace Locs by our carrier. A $10 return shipping fee is charged by our carriers for this service and will be deducted from any refund processed on a returned package.
